Terms of Service
Last updated: September 18, 2026
This is a general-purpose draft, not final legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before it governs real customer accounts or payments.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using html2LVGL (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
html2LVGL converts HTML and CSS you upload into LVGL C/C++, MicroPython, or XML source code for embedded UI projects. You are responsible for the content you upload and for reviewing generated output before using it in your own projects.
3. Accounts
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Plans, credits, and billing
The Service is offered on a Free tier and paid tiers (a Pay-As-You-Go credit balance and a recurring Pro subscription), as described on our Pricing page. Paid purchases and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Purchased credits do not expire but have no cash value and are non-transferable. Subscription fees renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to use or convert.
- Don't use the Service to build or distribute malware or unlawful content.
- Don't attempt to bypass credit/entitlement limits, rate limits, or access controls.
- Don't interfere with or overload the Service's infrastructure.
6. Your content and our license to it
You retain all rights to the HTML/CSS you upload and to the code the Service generates from it. You grant us a limited license to store and process your uploads solely to provide the Service to you (for example, running the conversion and making the output available for download).
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for abuse, fraud, or non-payment. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve purchased credits in the event of a service-side termination not caused by your violation.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated code is free of defects or fit for any particular embedded hardware. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
